Manufacturing

Realistic sex dolls are produced through a nine-stage process: specification definition, steel or resin mold design, silicone casting with vacuum degassing, controlled curing, demolding, hand-finishing, skeleton assembly, function testing and AQL inspection. BeLove Tech runs this process in-house across 12 production lines in Dongguan, China.

Why in-house mold development matters

AspectIn-houseOutsourced
Cycle timeDirect control, faster samplingThird-party queue adds weeks
Surface finishAdjustable on siteRequires new vendor cycle
Detail resolutionImmediate iterationSlow feedback loop
IP protectionDesigns remain in-houseShared with vendor

In-house tooling is the single largest contributor to both sample turnaround and repeat-order cost.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to produce a custom sex doll?

With existing molds, production runs 5 weeks. New mold development adds 4 to 6 weeks depending on complexity.

Do you produce both TPE and silicone?

Yes. Both materials are produced in-house, so material selection does not affect lead time.

Is mold tooling produced in-house?

Yes. In-house tooling shortens the sampling cycle and gives direct control over surface finish and detail reproduction.

What quality standard is manufacturing conducted under?

All production is carried out under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with control applied from incoming material inspection to pre-shipment verification.
